Trudy has been working mainly in the third sector with children and young people for over twenty five years in community settings, the care system, in youth prisons and as a freelance researcher. She currently manages the 'Travelling Ahead' project which is part of Save the Children's programme work in Wales. The project supports the participation and rights of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller young people.
