I hqve worked with education for 11 years and have always had a passion for supporting young people to realise their aspirations and reach their full potential. Working within the skills sector fills me with immense pride, as I consider my impact transformative for the young individuals who benefit from quality career opportunities and for local businesses that gain access to a future workforce.

Social mobility and equal opportunities for all regardless of circumstance or background is a real driving force in the work that I do to ensure that we have a diverse economy representative of our local communities.
